Grad Party Mango Pineapple Punch (Printable)

Mango and pineapple with sparkling lemonade, chilled and garnished with fresh fruit and mint.

# What You Need:

→ Fruit Juices

01 - 2 cups mango juice, chilled
02 - 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled

→ Lemonade

03 - 4 cups sparkling lemonade, chilled

→ Fruit Garnish

04 - 1 cup diced fresh mango
05 - 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
06 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced

→ Optional Add-ins

07 - 1 lime, thinly sliced (optional)
08 - 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (optional, for lighter finish)
09 - Fresh mint leaves, to taste (optional)

# How to Make:

01 - Pour the chilled mango juice and chilled pineapple juice into a large punch bowl and stir briefly to combine.
02 - Gently add the chilled sparkling lemonade to the bowl and fold once or twice to integrate without losing carbonation.
03 - Fold in the diced mango, diced pineapple and the thin lemon slices so the fruit is evenly distributed.
04 - If using, add lime slices and fresh mint leaves for extra brightness and stir gently to disperse.
05 - If a lighter, bubblier finish is desired, top with club soda or sparkling water immediately before serving and stir very gently.
06 - Add ice or frozen fruit just prior to serving to keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor.
07 - Ladle into glasses and garnish individual portions with extra fruit or mint leaves as desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No one can resist the sparkle and color—people ask for the recipe before the first cup is finished.
  • It's brilliantly easy and endlessly adaptable for crowds (or impromptu celebrations).
02 -
  • Once, I added ice too early and the punch turned watery before the first toast—wait until the last minute.
  • Switching to frozen fruit instead of ice saved the punch (and the flavor) on a hot afternoon.
03 -
  • Add the sparkling lemonade with a slow pour or the fizz can bubble over unexpectedly.
  • Slicing lemons and limes paper thin means they float beautifully and infuse flavor faster.
